Adrian has more than 28 years of experience in People Management and HR Consulting. During his career, he has worked with stellar Leadership teams in creating high-performance organizations to attain market leadership in the respective sectors. Driven by a passion to implement cutting-edge HR Best Practices and with a keen eye for ‘Spotting Talent’, Adrian truly believes that a stellar Leadership Team can guide, motivate and inspire an organization’s employees to WIN in the marketplace.
Having worked in MNCs and Indian conglomerates, he has grown businesses from a nascent stage to achieve market leadership within a few years. He has played a pivotal role in contributing to and building leadership teams for reputed organizations like British Gas, Reliance Capital and Reliance Communications, Thomas Cook India, WNS Global Services, and Shaw Wallace.
Adrian has rich experience having worked in BFSI, HR Consulting, Telecom, Travel & Hospitality, ITes, and Oil & Gas. His last corporate role was as the Executive Vice-President & HR Partner for Wholesale Banking and Lead-HR Operations in IndusInd Bank, one of the leading private banks having 50,000 employees, headquartered in Mumbai.
He has been a part of various discussion forums across Management Institutes in India. He has played an instrumental role in working with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) in co-creating the course curriculum for a Global MBA in Travel & Tourism. He has received numerous awards and accolades in his distinguished career.
He has worked with and mentored some of the best HR Talent (some of who have gone on to become HR Heads) across the country and continues to share his learnings and experiences with them.
Adrian is an alumnus of Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, and has been a true Xaverian throughout his educational career.
