Samantha has 10 years of experience in the field of organizational culture and engagement. Driven by purpose, committed to excellence – An energetic HR professional with a record of successfully executing and supporting HR initiatives to drive cost efficiency and maximize growth.
Samantha is passionate about enhancing employee experience by leveraging automation, analytics and artificial intelligence. She strives to build and sustain a HEP (happy, engaged and productive) workforce. Her expertise lies in the application of human constructs at the workplace to achieve enhanced people and business advantage.
Intrigued by human behaviour – Why do people behave the way they do? What drives them or pulls them back? What brings out the best in them with respect to their subjective abilities? In a quest for these answers and to deepen her understanding, she pursued research in Psychology, giving her that competitive edge to apply behavioural insights while formulating organizational policies and strategies.
She has worked in fast paced, diverse and multicultural environments primarily in the Financial Services industry. In her last role, Samantha lead Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) for India lnfoline Finance Limited. She worked closely with senior leadership to shape, drive and deliver culture, engagement and internal communications. She has played an instrumental role in conceptualizing, designing and executing innovative engagement programs, retaining top talent, launching impactful employee benefits, enhancing workplace well being by implementing holistic wellness programs to elevate productivity, performance and pride.
As a D&l enthusiast, she has a keen interest to foster a culture of inclusivity by partnering with senior leaders to integrate D&l into business and workplace practices through engagement, dialogue, and mentorship that enables them to customize department specific diversity strategies that drive action, change and progress.
Samantha is an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management and Research (XIMR) with a Psychology and HR degree from University of Waterloo.
